Before: This modest 1980’s home set amongst the bush in Titirangi needed updating. A few years earlier, UHB had extended the master bedroom and added a balcony deck with views over the local beach. The owners were so pleased with this renovation, they asked UHB to help them with the next stage, a covered outdoor living space to enjoy the fabulous private bush setting along with a bathroom renovation.
After: The new outdoor living space connects with the indoor living area seamlessly. Although you are outdoors, with the glass roof and walls on two sides, there is a cosy feeling of shelter.
After: The glazed roof extends into the breakfast area beyond, bringing light into the home and kitchen.
After: The old 1980s bathroom was completely renovated and remodelled. New windows allowing light to fill the room along with a new layout transformed this space into a functional relaxing area to bathe in.
After: Fully tiled walls with cabinet storage and up to date fittings create a stylish modern bathroom.
