This 3 bedroom home was built on a newly created rear site that once contained an in-ground swimming pool. Some of the challenges we overcame with this project included: Building over the public sewage drain, bad ground conditions requiring concrete reinforced pile foundations, a floodplain requiring designated floor height requirements and an overland flow path for rainwater, an onsite constructed storm water detention tank (concealed under the timber deck at the rear of the property), and extremely limited site access. This was all completed without upsetting the 7 surrounding neighbours!
This home is built with a Coloursteel roof, fibre cement weather boards, Titan Facade Panel to the garage, aluminum joinery and schist stone work to the column at the front entry. The flat steel garage door compliments the surrounding highlighted panels for an up-to-date look.
The modern kitchen in this house features Melteca and opaque glass doors, Quartz benchtops with waterfall ends and stainless steel appliances.
