Brand New Dream Home

Coatesville

Located on a sloping lifestyle block with a sunny outlook overlooking a valley, this site presented some challenges. Half a dozen 30 year old pine trees had to be removed, then garden retaining walls built, and then the house site excavated. Finally, two large concrete water tanks and a sewage treatment plant had to be installed before house-building could start. This house features large living spaces with timber floors, two fireplaces, designer kitchen with granite bench tops, three fully tiled bathrooms, huge entry and a feature staircase, and three car garaging with internal access.

A Corona Shake tile roof, composite (aluminum on the outside and timber on the inside) joinery, plastered clay brick and concrete block exterior walls provide solid construction for this country house.

Behind the high fence and automated gate, a private retreat has been created. Classic design and detailing contribute to a feeling that this home has been situated here for many years.
